Fainting Goats at the 1870 Farm

As we continue to focus on Childrens birthday events at the 1870 Farm we thought it interesting to add to Mytonic Goats to our farm. Our two goats 9 and 11 weeks old have been introduced with our pygmy goats and after a day of checking each other out all seem to be getting along, although both breeds have been mostly staying to themselves today. If you would like to learn more about Fainting Goats please visit this website. http://myotonicgoatregistry.net Lots of interesting facts and a bit of history of how they first appeared in Tenesseee in the 1870's which we found to be a very good time of that century.
